Quick munchn!!






Whenever i feel like munching something light and healthy, i find this as the best option and everyone in my house likes it.. 
When there is not much time left for your lunch or dinner or sometimes you are a little hungry and don't want to snack heavy this recipe always comes to the rescue. There are lot of things you can add to this bowl of health!!



ALL YOU NEED IS
  • "laiya" - 1 bowl
  • Tomato - 1
  • Coriander - chopped
  • Corn kernel -1 tsp(boiled to soften)
  • Carrot -  1 tsp(grated)
  • Onion -1(small)
Some chopped green chilles
I always roast about one pan of "laiya" with 1 tbsp of butter some salt and pepper and keep it in an air tight container.
Yesterday my son asked for it , now i was in a dilemma as to what i should put during this holy week as i cannot give him onion as it tastes good with it but i don't think it is the case with everyone.



So all i did was .... 

In a bowl put "laiya", 1 chopped tomato, grated carrot, corn and some chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste and some pepper, mix it well then garnish it with few drops of lemon juice and serve.

I bet you will ask for more!!
