Healthy Pancakes!




One day i was wondering  if i could make something healthy and nutritious for the breakfast so i came up with this idea !!!!

I used to make sweet pancakes for my son but what about making them with a twist which are not sweet..



ALL YOU NEED IS

  • Banana - 1
  • Oats - 1 cup
  • Spinach - 3- 4 leaves
  • Flax seeds - 1tsp
  • Muskmelon seeds - 1tsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Pinch of roasted cumin seeds

In a mixer put  one peeled banana, oats, spinach, flax seeds and melon seeds, salt and cumin seeds and mix well till a proper paste is formed.
Pour  all the batter in a bowl and start making pancakes on a non stick pan with just few drops of ghee.

Makes around 5 pancakes



When eaten its gives a tangy flavor.
If u want you can have it with sauce or chutney
