Healthy breakfast idea!! Curd sandwich


One day i had to go early for a meeting in the morning and had forgotten to prep at night for my breakfast the next day so as always i wondered what could i have healthy and fulfilling and i came up with this idea..  


ALL I NEEDED WAS   
  • Papaya - 1 or 2 cups(pieces)
  • Homemade brown bread slices - 2
  • Hung curd -1/2  cup
  • Pumpkin - grated 1tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Parsley sprinkled
  • Oregano sprinkled
It is a wholesome food   

I usually keep hung curd ready



 in my refrigerator.
That day also i had hung curd 
ready.
In a bowl  mix hung curd,grated pumpkin, salt, parsley and oregano, apply it like a thick layer of butter between the slices and put it in the sandwich maker, in the meantime take  1 to 2 cups of chopped papaya in.
a plate.
Once the sandwich is ready take it out and there you are good to go !!!




  
your curd sandwich and papaya breakfast is ready.

Healthy and low on calories and a wholesome breafkast!!
