Refreshing watermelon juice!!



Did you know that watermelon is good for your heart!!

It has vitamins and minerals such as A,B6 , C, magnesium and potassium.

It has 90% water content so it keeps you hydrated in summers and is a very good fulfilling hunger pang fruit.Has very less fat content and so it helps to reduce weight.

So to make watermelon juice..

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS!!

To make a glass!!

Take 4-5 medium chopped pieces of watermelon 
Grind them in a mixture 
Add 1 tsp of sugar and 2 tbsp of water
Again grind the whole mixture
Pour it in a glass , add ice cubes 

your yummy, refreshing watermelon juice is ready!!
  






Cucumber juice!!



Cucumber has 95% water content so its very good to have especially in summers as it hydrates your body and also helps reducing weight as you can have it to curb your hunger cravings.
It is also noninflammatory and contains vitamins such as vitamin B, B5 and B7 
Its  juice is very good for your skin as it soothes your skin,helps remove sun tan and under eye dark circles.

For extracting cucumber juice...
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS...

Chop cucumber into pieces
Grind them in a mixer so that it forms a watery smooth paste
Filter or sieve the paste so that the  water is drained and you get fresh cucumber juice

This juice can be mixed in any face pack mixtures and will do wonders for your skin!!

Tasty raw banana vegee!!!



Banana is such an underrated fruit !! It has such multiple benefits.They have been part of our diet  for thousand and thousands  of years .About 100 billion bananas are eaten around the world every year and grown in about 150 countries.
Eat it as fruit or as vegetable the benefits would remain the same.
This one is one of the quickest ,easiest and yummiest lunch for me!!
It tastes best eaten with homemade bread(chapati/roti).
                                                                                               


ALL YOU NEED IS


  • Raw Bananas - 4( cut into pieces)
  • Tomatoes paste - 1 cup
  • Onion paste - half cup
  • Garam masala,- 1tsp
  • Salt to taste

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

Fry banana pieces and keep them aside.
In pan put 2 tbsp of oil on a medium heat , then pour onion paste and when it starts to turn light brown add tomato paste then add garam masala , 1/3 tsp turmeric powder and salt,  fry the paste till it thickens then pour half cup of water and bring it to a boil and finally add fried banana pieces and cover , decrease the flame to low and let it cook till the pieces become soft . 
Once done check gravy if you want to increase the gravy can add more water and bring it to a boil.
